Litigatin on the brains

Our society is truly lost...
When people believe they can sue and make a fortune...I just don't get it. I believe in personal responsibility...but I seem to be "behind the times" on that.

In the following story, a woman was following Google Maps, a pedestrian pathway, that was a bit wrong. Apearently, her eyes and brain don't work, so she followed the path onto a highway and got hit by a car.
Seriously, if I saw a "path" leading into a bubbling volcano, I wouldn't follow the path into it, I would use my brain and figure out a way to avoid getting burned.
I guess the saying is true, "You cannot fix stupid".
