I have to wonder what we are doing with our money...
In Kansas, there is a Sea Urchin Study that is receiving something like 6 million in federal grant money... Has anyone noticed how close Kansas is to the Ocean?
Or how about a study to figure out why men don't like condoms... I think that study received 3 million...
So, what, are we looking to see what we could spend "all that money we don't have" on? Just deposit it into my account, and I will come up with some really stupid studies and products...
