Microsoft at it again...

Today we read "Microsoft Sued Over Bing Trademark".
While this is nothing new, after all, Microsoft is in the news a lot for some kind of Copyright infringement, but what is new it the following statement by Kevin Kutz, "[Microsoft] always respect[s] trademarks and other people's intellectual property, and look[s] forward to the next steps in the judicial process."... Really?

Lets Review:

And these are just some of the most recent cases...

Microsoft doesn't even respect it's customers and the users of it's operating systems, WHY would it respect someone's copyright or trademark?
